Consultants: Public Administration & Basic Public Service Delivery
ORGUT is currently strengthening its resource base within Public Administration and Basic Public Service Delivery and is looking for international and national experts with competence in:
- Public Administration for Local Government Authorities
- Public Sector Financial Management, Fiscal Decentralisation, Planning & Budgeting, MTEF, Expenditure Tracking, Performance Monitoring
- Accountability, Good Governance, Anti-corruption and Civil Society Strengthening
- Impact Monitoring of Basic Public Service Delivery
- Gender Mainstreaming in Administrative Systems
- Capacity Building in Social Service Delivery for Local Government Authorities
- Institutional Development and Human Resource Development
- Sector Planning, Management and Monitoring
- Regulatory Reform
- Sector policy reform and SWAp Preparation
Interested Candidates must have:
- A relevant college/university degree, preferably at masters level
- At least five years practical working experience within assignments within the sector
- Participated in the implementation of at least three development aid financed assignments
